Pete Delgado, Chief Executive Officer
M.S. Hospital Administration (Texas Women’s University –Houston, TX)
B.S. Healthcare Administration (University of Houston/CLC, Houston, TX)
As a seasoned healthcare executive, Mr. Delgado has served in various leadership positions throughout his career. As the Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for directing the leadership and operations of all health service programs for the LAC+USC Healthcare Network.
Mr. Delgado is passionate about patient safety and improving lives within the communities with which he works. His goal is to provide patients and their families with a better experience and better outcomes and to improve the quality of life for each patient.
Henry Ornelas, Chief Operating Officer

Henry Ornelas has 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has a successful 20-year track record in senior leadership and experience in executing comprehensive strategic goals and achieving significant, measurable results. He also has extensive hospital operations experience in academic medical centers and in complex for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations.
Mr. Ornelas is skilled in building relationships and collaborating with a variety of constituents in a manner that reflects respect and confidence.
Stephanie L. Hall, MD, Chief Medical Officer
M.D. Keck School of Medicine – University of Southern California (Los Angeles, CA)
Dr. Hall has extensive experience in the oversight and management of emergency care, departmental medical affairs, policy, and human resources. As Chief Medical Officer of the LAC+USC Healthcare Network, Dr. Hall directs all efforts related to the clinical design of the replacement facility.
In 15 years as an instructor, Dr. Hall has taught courses on advanced medical issues. In addition, she has participated in research activities, publishing a number of medical science articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Irene Recendez, RN, Chief Nursing Officer
B.S. Nursing (California State University – Los Angeles, CA)
Ms. Recendez has 24 years of healthcare management experience. Her accomplishments include implementation of the first medical prenatal enhancement program, implementation of the Los Angeles County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs, initiation of rehabilitation programs for substance-abusing women and their children, and the development of staffing standards for ambulatory care clinics.
Mark Corbet, Interim Chief Financial Officer
As the Interim Chief Financial Officer for the LAC+USC Healthcare Network, Mark Corbet is responsible for directing the financial leadership and operations of the network. He is also the Controller.
Mr. Corbet supports the LAC+USC Healthcare Network’s mission to provide quality healthcare for the Los Angeles community by maintaining accurate financial data and providing sound financial advice to sustain LAC+USC Healthcare Network operations.
Oscar Autelli, Chief Information Officer
A results-driven information technology professional, Mr. Autelli has extensive experience managing, developing, implementing, and maintaining hospital information services programs. He supports LAC+USC operations through his exceptional strength in team building, vendor negotiations, systems analysis, and project planning.
His accomplishments include the design and management of the transition and migration plan to the replacement facility.
Christopher Arevalo, Chief Clinic Administrator
B.A. Finance (University of La Verne, La Verne, CA)
M.B.A. (University of La Verne, La Verne, CA)
With over 21 years of healthcare administration and finance experience, Christopher Arevalo is responsible for all ambulatory care operations, specialty care, outpatient clinics, and the Community Health Plan. He also oversees Juvenile Court Health Services.
His accomplishments include the establishment of a budget and related review process, the successful conversion of three practice management systems, and the implementation of a compliance program within the ambulatory network.
